        1. Reading Promotion Activity aim to arising children's reading interest by arranging a series of  reading activities and events for children. During these events, children are encouraged to share their thoughts and discuss with peers so that their thoughts on reading can be responded and exchanged . These can also help to enhance children's understanding and interest towards using library. The Promotion Activity can also help to identify and encourage more teachers to become advocate of reading. 

          Campus Reading Campaigns are designed andorganized by STARS. Students in one class will participate in theme book creative work by drawing or writing under teacher’s guidance. STARS will organize the assessment for these theme book and reward the winners . These events allow participating parties to exchange ideas across classes, towns or even at county level. It helps to improve teachers’ ability to organize reading  promotion events.
